600a series gas

R600a gas or isobutane with the chemical formula ISO-C4H10 is a natural gas with high cooling capacity that has attracted attention in refrigeration industries worldwide due to its lower energy consumption. This gas, also known as “lighter gas”, is one of the gases compatible with the ozone layer and has significant environmental benefits. Today, many compressor manufacturers design their products to work with R600a gas. Due to its high cooling efficiency and reduced electricity consumption, this gas has become the main standard in more than 90% of household refrigerators and freezers in European countries. Despite the high flammability of R600a gas, the use of advanced equipment and safe methods in production and maintenance has eliminated this concern and its consumption is possible with complete confidence. In Iran, refrigeration industries have also moved towards replacing R600a gas and designing systems that are appropriate for it. Faran Sanat Company has the ability to supply R600a gas in 6.5 kg disposable cylinders and one ton tanks. Also, charging of this gas in 10, 20, 40 and 50 liter cylinders can be done based on customer needs. Disposable cylinders of this gas are produced in orange color.
