410a series gas

→ Eco-friendly
→ High performance and reliable
→ Non-flammable

Nowadays, due to environmental concerns and the negative effects of old refrigerants, the use of new, environmentally friendly gases in air conditioning and refrigeration systems has become more common. Gases such as R134a, R407C, and R410A are among the new refrigerants that are widely used in modern air conditioning systems.R410A, known by the trade name AZ-20, has been used as a refrigerant in residential, commercial, and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems for nearly two decades. One of the reasons for choosing this refrigerant is its chemical and physical properties, which make it highly efficient and reliable in HVAC and HVAC&R systems.R410A gas is a mixture of two gases, CH2F2 (R32) and CHF2CF3 (R125), and because of this combination, it has better performance than older refrigerants in terms of cooling capacity and environmental compatibility. This gas is usually supplied in pink capsules; of course, some brands also use gray. R410A capsules usually weigh 13.6 kg, but other weights are also available for different uses, and their prices vary according to weight. In terms of thermal properties, R410A gas freezes at -155°C and boils at -48.5°C. One of the safety advantages of this gas is that it does not combine with oxygen under pressure and is therefore non-flammable; however, it spontaneously ignites at 648°C. Due to these properties, R410A gas is considered one of the safest and most reliable refrigerants for use in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
